COLLEGE / POST GRAD ATHLETES & STUDENTS (18 years or older)
Becoming a Track Stars coach is more than a summer job, it's a life changing experience for both the athletes and the coach. Track Stars specifically sources athletes as coaches due to their knowledge of the sport, tenacity, athleticism, and responsibility. All our college aged coaches who have experience will have opportunities to become managers and directors of team programs. To become a Track Stars coach, fill out the form above. You will be contacted if you are accepted for interview. All coaches must have experience with running and with youth. Coaches can be post-graduate as well!
All coaches can qualify for up to 50 hours of volunteer work per summer or be paid for their time. Coaches will receive stipends for their work over the summer based on practices coached. All coaches must complete background checks at the state level and federal level if over 18.
HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETES (10th Grade - 12th Grade)
All coaches with Track Stars are inspirational guides for youth. Becoming a Track Stars coach is more than a summer job, its a life changing experience for both the athletes and the coach. Track Stars specifically sources high school athletes as volunteers due to their knowledge of sport, energy, teamwork, and responsibility. High School coaches DO NOT need to be track & field athletes, all sports and speeds welcome. To become a Track Stars coach, fill out the form above. You will be contacted if you are accepted for interview. All coaches must be going into at least their sophomore year of High School and have some experience working with children.
All coaches can qualify for up to 50 hours of volunteer work per summer. Coaches also can receive stipends for their work over the summer, a KEEP MOVIN METHOD coaching certification, and opportunity for scholarship programs. All coaches must complete background checks at the state level and federal level if over 18. College aged coaches have opportunities to become managers and directors of team programs.
COACHES IN TRAINING (8th & 9th Grade)
If your 8th or 9th grader is looking to keep busy this summer, then they have the chance for transformative success with our Coaches in Training Program. Athletes 13 years of age or older can volunteer to assist with any of our junior or future teams. They will spend the summer working with athletes ages 5-10 years old. All CITs are volunteers who can pick their practices that work with their schedules. CITs must have parental approval and and an "interview" to join the program! Sign up Above!
PARENT VOLUNTEERS
If you are a parent of an athlete who plans to assist at Track Meets and other events, please fill out the form above and I will contact you to receive your clearances. No interview needed, all parents must have PA Abuse, PA Police, and FBI clearances up to date before the start of the session. Thank you for your time and support!
